Take an apple, lemon, ginger, mint leaves and cinnamon.

Apple for detox water
  • 1 apple
  • 4 slice of lemon
  • 4 slice of ginger
  • Handful mint leaves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 to 6 cup of cold water

Let it rest at refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours to infuse flavors.

Watermelon and strawberry:

Take water melon, parsley, strawberry and lemon.

  • 1 cup watermelon
  • Handful parsley
  • 5 strawberries
  • 5 slice of lemon
  • 5 to 6 cup of cold water.

Rest it at refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.

Cucumber and lemon:

Take cucumber, lemon, mint leaves, ginger and cinnamon sticks.

  • 4 to 5 lemon slice
  • Handful mint leaves
  • 5 slice of ginger
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 cup of cold water

Mix it well and set it in refrigerator for a few hours.

Orange and citrus:

Take an orange, strawberry, apple cider vinegar and mint leaves.

  • 1 orange
  • 5 strawberries
  • ½ table spoon of apple cider vinegar
  • Handful mint leaves
  • 5 to 6 cup of cold water

Set in refrigerator for 5 hours.

Kiwi and grape fruits:

Take a kiwi, grape fruits, mint leaves, cinnamon stick and ginger.

  • 1 kiwi
  • 3 to 5 slice of grape fruits
  • Handful mint leaves
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 4 slice of ginger
  • 5 to 6 cup of cold water

Rest in refrigerator for 5 hours to infuse flavors.
